I was 14 when I started drawing 'seriously' and I gotta dA account about 6 years ago so while you're stuff needs a little work (hell who's work doesn't, I'm still trying to improve )but you're off to a good start And, heck, your photography is already very impressive.

My advice for you is to get a good artist manniquine. I have these [link] Since you're 13 I dunno if your parents would approve XD they're not THAT bad, but the woman does have nipples (ooo scary) If for whatever reason you can't get those then I recommend one of those new Barbies with moveable knees and elbows. They're not as articulated as what I have but it'd be a start . Either way you're off to a good start.
